Ordered this at the beginning of December in hopes that I could use it as a Christmas gift but it took so long to get there it didn't make it in time for Christmas. Also I thought I was ordering a size extra large but I guess I ordered a medium and the process to even exchange it was just a nightmare so now I'm stuck with this medium hoodie that's not even the same material or look as the picture item. I guess I'm just all around upset with the shipping time and the product. I would say I'm definitely a very unsatisfied customer.
