Shipping information does not update and is inaccurate. It took 30 days to receive my items which is well beyond their longest estimated shipping time. Had a half dozen support inquiries and opened a Paypal claim to ensure my funds were protected. The item finally arrived well past my event and the quality was awful! Sweater is not even a sweater, it's a screen printed thick shirt and the print doesn't even line up. Stay away!

This is the smallest XL I have ever worn. I can barely get my head through the hole to wear it also. Additionally, delivery was exceptionally slow. I ordered it on 2 December and it wasn't received until 24 Dec.
