You asked, here is my story. Worst experience of this year's holiday season. Ordered early December. Took a week to get from abroad to JFK, but then sat in JFK area for 2 weeks. Finally moved after two weeks and then arrived in early January. When it arrived, it wasn't a sweatshirt or sweater material. I've never felt something that would be so non-comfortable. Despite the delays in shipping (happens), I convinced my child that she'd have it soon after the holidays and that is how the world works. You have to roll with things. When it did arrive, my child was so excited to open the package and put the "sweatshirt" on. Well, she (who matched the sizes online) tried to put it on, but couldn't get her head through the non-elastic, non-giving neck hole. Not even close. It measures 20" in circumference and my child has a (normal) 24" circumference head. So with no give or play in the neck hole, this was not going over her head. So I don't know if the rest even fit. Here's what really ruined the process though. If you want to return the item, you--the dissatisfied customer--need to pay to ship it allllllllll the way back to China. I would have had to pay nearly as much to return it as I paid to buy/ship it in the first place. Sure, they offered 30% off the correct size (whatever that is), but the shipping cost made this a lost cause. This is the only company I had problems with this holiday season. I'll stick with companies I know better.
