Size is way off. Shipping took way to long. Tried canceling 2 or 3 weeks before it showed up and they refused. Horrible business to deal with.

It arrived far too late, I hate given up on ever getting it. Then when it finally did come well after Christmas, it was very tight. Didn't seem like the size I paid for, I could barely even get my head through. Also, doesn't seem like a sweater. It is more like a thicker long sleeve shirt and has absolutely no stretch to it at all. I hate to be so negative, but there wasn't a single thing that was pleasant about this purchase.

Their return policy is set up so you can’t get a refund. I ordered a Christmas sweater for my wife. The neck of the sweater was too tight but there was no way to get a new one before Christmas because it took a while to get the original. They give you options that are not helpful! Thanks for the back and forth emails and useless sweater!
